Groups

You must be registered on the agency website to access iryo groups. For more details, see the section "How to register on the agency website" in the handbook.

• Bookings for groups of between 10 and 30 seats can be made on the agencies website once you are registered. For groups of more than 30 seats, please contact grupos@iryo.eu. 

• The maximum payment allowed is €2999. If the price is higher, more than one reservation must be made. 

• Names are not necessary to confirm and pay for the group. 

• Names can be entered up to 72 hours before departure and can be changed free of charge up to 2 hours before departure. 

• The only mandatory fields are the first and last name and, in the case of babies and children, the date of birth.

• On the home screen "Book your trip”, go to the tab on the right (+9 passengers) iryo groups and fill in the necessary search fields.

Use the route and date finder to select your journey.

Configure the group by indicating the type of product you want together with the number of adults, children and babies.

Make the payment and confirm the booking.

Retrieve the reservation and enter the names.

You will receive an e-mail with the tickets or you can download them directly from the reservation. 

You can manage name changes and total cancellations through the corresponding section on the website.

Partial cancellations are allowed with the associated fees. If it cannot be done through the website, please contact grupos@iryo.eu.

Use the "Bookings" button on the home screen to search by "booking details" or "Customer Details": dates, booking status, origin and destination, among others.

Use the "Bookings" button on the home screen to search for " Block” "On hold" , indicate the booking code, blocking date etc.

Inicial: 2 pieces of luggage, configuration 2+2, coach 4 to 8.

Inicial Superior: 2 pieces of luggage + 1 large suitcase upon request, configuration 2+2, coach 4 to 8.

Infinita: 2 pieces of luggage + 1 large suitcase upon request, 2+1 configuration, extra comfort seats, coach 1-2-3.

Infinita Bistró: Haizea menu included. 3 pieces of luggage (the large suitcase upon request), 2+1 configuration, extra comfort seats, coach 1.
 

Tickets in Inicial: 1 piece of hand baggage (36x27x15cm) + 1 piece of cabin baggage (55x35x25cm)

Tickets in Inicial Superior, Infinita or Infinita Bistró: 1 piece of hand baggage (36x27x15cm) + 1 piece of cabin baggage (55x35x25cm) + 1 large suitcase (80x55x35cm) upon request via groups department

Adults and children have the same fare. Babies can travel free of charge without occupying a seat, but must be added to the booking during the purchase process. A maximum of one infant is allowed per adult without occupying a seat. In the event that an adult brings more than 1 baby, he/she will have to apply for the rest of the babies as children, when occupying a place.

Children between 4 and 13 years old.

Babies between 0 and 3 years old.

The space between seats and XXL seats. The Infinita Bistró & Infinita classes have very comfortable seats in a 2+1 configuration, giving customers more space and comfort.

The baggage allowance. In Inicial: 2 pieces of luggage: 1 piece of hand baggage (36x27x15cm) + 1 piece of cabin baggage (55x35x25cm), while in Inicial Superior, Infinita & Infinita Bistró: 2 pieces of luggage: 1 piece of hand baggage (55x35x25cm) + 1 piece of cabin baggage (55x35x25cm) + 1 large suitcase (80x55x35cm), this last piece available upon request via the groups department in all cases.

HAIZEA gourmet experience: The Infinita Bistró fare includes the Haizea menu with drinks on board.

In addition, your Iryo ticket includes a free Cercanías commuter train combined ticket for your return trip. Enjoy our free Wi-Fi and 5g connection.

Seats will be automatically assigned as close together as possible. 

In Passenger Management, you will be able to see the list of assigned seats so that you can place the passengers in the order you prefer. 

At the moment it is not feasible to change seats, but it is possible to change names.

In case of cancellations, refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the issue of the ticket. 

In case of compensation, the same procedure applies as in individual issues of tickets.
